The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior would be more assistance and attentiveness from the staff. Sometimes, it felt as though the children working there were too busy or focused on other tasks to provide personalized attention.

This place is quite spacious and sits right near both the train station and tram stop, making it super convenient for getting around. the room we stayed in was a good size, and the bathroom was roomy enough too, which was a nice surprise. 🚊

ibis in saint-etienne exceeded my expectations during this celebration. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location opposite the train station was definitely a plus, and the nearby restaurant was a pleasant surprise with delicious food.

Spent Christmas at a hotel near the train station and had a great time. The hotel was able to offer a spacious and clean room. It was also an added bonus that they had a friendly and helpful staff. The key location provided convenience as we were able to easily get around and explore the area. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy atmosphere.

The hotel had limited amenities. There were no available restaurants within walking distance, which gave us no choice but to dine in the hotel. Furthermore, the room was quite noisy especially during peak hours, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. it was a decent experience and we'd recommend this hotel for a short stay.

We had a quick overnight stay at a central location. Even though the exterior signage was not illuminated, the hotel was just across the road from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. we had a perfectly acceptable experience at this hotel.

I always stay at this hotel in Saint-Etienne. They helped me with plug adaptors! It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Lounge, Bar, Coffee shop, Lift. Coming back for business trip. No regrets!
